Hi Gail! Sounds like you had a lovely weekend and we did actually have mimosas yesterday at brunch! When we visited Napa a few years ago we learned how to make the juice sit on top of the champagne by pouring it through the backside of a fork. It always looks so pretty. Although, it doesn't last for long! :-)
